FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota is the area’s premier community for moms in every stage of motherhood. We offer a full range of fitness and wellness programs designed to support women from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. Our village brings moms together through movement, connection, and meaningful friendships.
Our programs include:
• Stroller-based fitness classes – Fun, effective workouts you can do with your little ones in the stroller.
• Fit4Baby® prenatal classes – Safe, empowering workouts designed specifically for moms-to-be.

KIDZ GYM is proud to partner with Step Up For Students to help make our programs more accessible for families in our community.
Through the Step Up scholarship program, eligible families can use their education scholarship funds toward KIDZ GYM classes and programs. Our curriculum-based gymnastics, ninja, and fitness classes support children’s physical development while also building confidence, coordination, focus, and social skills in a fun and encouraging environment.
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to move, grow, and build confidence through structured activity, and our partnership with Step Up for Students helps make that possible for more families.
