Enrollment Information

Enrollment: Enrollment is super simple through our Parent Portal. You can start anytime, and there’s no long-term commitment. Life and schedules change - we get that! So, you’re welcome to switch class days or times within your child’s age group if there’s a spot open, as well. Email info@kidzgym.com before the 1st of the month if you want to drop your enrollment for the upcoming month.

Our Risk-Free Enrollment Period: We offer a risk-free enrollment period of 2 weeks! If you are not satisfied after 2 classes, then call or email us to cancel your membership and receive a full refund.

Membership Fee: There’s a one-time $50 family membership fee when you enroll in a class. This helps cover things like our insurance, software, website, and the administrative costs that keeps everything running behind the scenes!

Multiple-Sibling Discount: Do you have more than one kid ready to jump into classes? We are excited to host the whole family! Every additional child gets 20% off their tuition and that same discount applies to events like Parent’s Night Out, too.

• For example, if child #1 is paying $129 a month in tuition and child #2 enrolls with a tuition of $129 a month, then they will only pay $103.2 for the second child.
• If Parents Night Out is $50, then child #2 will only pay $40. So, two children at Parents Night Out is $90.

Missed Classes: If your child misses a class, no worries! Each student can make up one class a month by joining another one (if there’s room) or coming to an open gym. We can schedule these up to two weeks in advance. Free classes expire at the end of each month! 

Tuition: Tuition is pro-rated based on when you start. Classes run on a monthly membership — once you find the class that fits your schedule, you’re in! We bill tuition on the 1st of each month, and you’ll need to have a card on file in your Parent Portal account. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

• Tuition at KIDZ GYM is $129 a month. $103.20 for each additional sibling.
