What is Ninja Summit?
Ninja Summit is our high-energy obstacle-based movement program designed for active kidz who love to run, climb, swing, jump, and explore. Each class blends elements of obstacle course training, gymnastics, and functional movement in a fun way but builds strength, balance, and confidence. Kidz learn how to move their bodies with control while taking on age-appropriate challenges.

In Ninja Kidz classes, children build:

How Ninja Summit Classes Work
Each class follows a simple, predictable flow so kids feel confident:
- Warm-Up: movement prep, stretching, and basic shapes
- Obstacle Stations: bars, vaults, balance challenges, swings, and climbing
- Course Runs: kid-friendly obstacle sequences that change weekly
- Games & Challenges: teamwork, speed rounds, and skill-based fun
- Cool Down:
breathing, stretching, and a positive closing routine
OUR NINJA SUMMIT CLASSES

MINI NINJA
45 minute class
Ages 3-5 years
Mini Ninja is a high-energy 45-minute class designed for little movers who love to climb, jump, and explore. Kids learn beginner ninja skills like safety rolls, small vaults, balance challenges, bar hangs, and simple obstacle courses. This level builds coordination, confidence, and body control through playful movement and obstacle-based stations. It’s the perfect introduction to ninja-style fitness - fun, upbeat, and designed just for early learners.

NINJA JUNIORS
45 minute class
Ages 6-8 Years
Ninja Juniors is an action-packed 45-minute class for kids ready for bigger challenges and more advanced obstacles. Athletes work on stronger vaults, climbing skills, controlled bar swings, balance paths, agility drills, and multi-step obstacle courses. This level adds speed, strategy, and friendly challenges to help kids build strength, coordination, and confidence while having a blast. It’s fast-moving, skill-focused, and perfect for energetic kids who love to move.
